My NICU Graduate's Journey
David’s story starts when I was just 25 weeks pregnant and had preeclampsia. We were indeed stuck in the hospital until he was born (9weeks). After which David was taken straight to the NICU after the C-Section. David has been a fighter all of his life. From the womb til Now. David is our little fighter! From three different discharge dates (which all failed), from having to leave my son in the hospital because there was no room. To the Ronald McDonald house we went. This journey almost cost my son his life and me mine. I’m thankful that God saw fit to see us through some of the most dangerous times of our lives.


What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
My son has grown into a bright and very happy baby! David lights up any room he walks into! I’m just happy my baby is still here and Thriving!
