My NICU Graduate's Journey
My miracle was born at 30 weeks gestation due to my high blood pressure. When he was born he was rushed directly to the nicu. He had a number of issues and complications, heart murmur, undeveloped lungs, jaundice, and a list of other issues. Yannis showed that he was ready to come even though I was scared and helpless. He had many setbacks but he showed strength and determination like he had been here before.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
I am proud of my nicu graduate because he was the little guy that was told he would have to stay until he reached 36 weeks gestation due to being born 2 months early. He was released 45 days later to his great progress
