My NICU Graduate's Journey
Logan was an IVF miracle baby that was born at 22 weeks 1 day gestation. He was given less than a 10% chance of survival, but he beat the odds! During his 169 day nicu stay, Logan overcame many obstacles, some of which included 7 days of complete kidney failure, several bowel perforations, and 4 surgeries. Since coming home, Logan has had an additional 4 surgeries, and is anticipated to have a minimum of 4 more surgeries. Logan was born a fighter, and he still fights for every milestone he reaches. He fights with the sweetest spirit, and is frequently smiling. He continues to have several therapy and doctor appointments every week, and is a light to everyone He comes in contact with.

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
Logans will to live and grow bigger and stronger is inspiring. He has overcome more in his 10 months of life than some people endure in a lifetime. Logan has the sweetest smile and laugh. You can't help but smile in response to him.
