My NICU Graduate's Journey
Ella was born at 28 weeks and spent almost three months in the NICU. She had many setbacks along the way they kept her there. Her incredible team of doctors, nurses and therapist helped her along the way and eventually she was discharged just a few days before her due date!

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
Ella had a really hard entrance into the world. She was covered in lines and tubes for the first few months of her life. She was so resilient even as a tiny fragile baby. and overcame so much while she was in the Nicu. Simple things like learning how to breathe and eat on her own were a daily struggle. We are so proud of her and continue to be amazed by her every day. Even though she was born three months early, she has already caught up with her milestones and his meeting all developmental milestones that any other nine month old would be doing. It is amazing!
