My NICU Graduate's Journey
My son was born at 27 weeks due to me having HELLP syndrome. He stayed 114 days in the NICU, while there he did great for the most part. He had issues with his breathing and had NEC twice. He came home 2 days before Christmas and we surprised our families with him! He is now 3 almost 4 and doing amazing and growing so fast.

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
He is resilient and very empathetic, he has gone through so much with hospital stays and doctors appointments and he still keeps going without any complaints. He is my hero and the reason I live for every day! He has taught me so much and he is very smart.
