My NICU Graduate's Journey
I don’t even know where to begin! I went in for a glucose test and a week later I had my baby girl at 29w3d. She weighed 1lb 6oz. and 11.8 in. long. We spent 225 days in NICU. The entire time there we built a village within the NICU with the nurses and they were wonderful! She was nothing but strong and growing everyday doing new things all the time. The nurses LOVED her and would fight to be on her team for the day. This journey made me stronger as a person and now being a first time mom I feel so much stronger. I wouldn’t change anything about our story.

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
What makes me proud of my NICU graduate is how she recovered and just stayed so strong and feisty. The little person she is growing up to be each day makes me proud.
