NICU Hospital for my journey
St. Marrys

My NICU Graduate's Journey
Harrison was born 6 weeks early. He was very ready and (we are blessed to say) healthy when he arrived via emergency C-section. The nurses at St. Marrys were welcoming and so sweet. They cared and loved on Harrison like he was their own. Harrisons stay was 23 days in the nicu. Harrison had a tongue tie and didn't want to take to a bottle. The nurses helped Harrison to meet his bottle feeding goal and told me he was doing great! Soon after, he was a nicu graduate and ready to go home! It was tough, but with St. Marrys nurses by my side, they made my sons stay manageable. Knowing that when I had to leave every day, that he was in good hands, was such a great feeling.

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
Harrison was 6 weeks early soared above the premi growth chart at his 3 month mark, and hasn't slowed down. He started with such a disadvantage but he didn't let that stop him! He has also had a delay and difficulty with eating table foods and with help and therapy has not stopped eating since seeking help! He is such a happy and smelly child.
