My NICU Graduate's Journey
Kehlani was born full term on her due date to first time parents. After 21 hours of labor, Kehlani was born via emergency c-section after her heart rate rapidly dropped. She spent the next two weeks learning to breathe on her own. She’d make gains and then have set backs, but she was a fighter and our sassy girl from day one!

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
Kehlani has always been a loud and proud girl! They even called her “sass-a-frass” in the NICU. Kehlani is currently in Kindergarten and is scoring in the 97% percentile on her state assessments and is kind to everyone! We are so proud of her!
