My NICU Graduate's Journey
Remi was born at 24 weeks gestation. She was 1 lb 9 oz. The doctors told us there was a high chance she wouldn’t make it. She fought hard and discharged home after 75 days in the NICU! She’s thriving today at almost age 5!

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
She continues to be eager to learn and loves being active! She has a heart for little babies.
