My NICU Graduate's Journey
Anthony was born at 26 weeks and 3 days as a result of premature rupture of the membrane at 16 weeks of gestation. From that day on, our life changed completely, Weighing only 498 grams and measuring 11 inches our little warrior had a rough beginning. There was so many times we thought we were losing him but he fighted and showed us he wanted to live. Anthony came home after 397 days in the hospital, countless blood transfusions, medications, surgeries and overcoming severe inflammation. He is our little hero!

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
He is a very strong boy who has taught us courage, and he came to show us the love of God through every test he has overcome. We can see the marks of much suffering and pain but we also see the miracle and mercy of God with each passing day. He is a happy boy!
