My NICU Graduate's Journey
Zalani's NICU journey started at 25 weeks after my pregnancy journey took an unexpected turn. I was diagnosed with preeclampsia, and with being placed on monitors, ultrasounds and medications all day, the complications were starting to affect my little baby. She spent 100 full days in the NICU, surrounded by close family and an amazing NICU team that fell in love with her as well. Every milestone that she accomplished was emotionally rewarding, she knew she was a warrior from the day she was born. Faith and prayer brought her closer and closer to coming home to us and we can't be more grateful for the blessing that we received within her.
This experience has definitely taught our family resilience and made our connection and love even stronger!

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
Zalani beats all of the odds! She is always willing to learn new things, and very adventurous! Our little miracle, is now 3!
