My NICU Graduate's Journey
Santiago was born at just 27 weeks and 1 day. He was born at JPS Hospital and was hospitalized in the NICU for 2.5 months then moved to cook Children’s Medical Hospital for another 2.5 months. Santiago spent 145 days in the NICU. His weight when born was 2lbs and 4.8oz. Now he’s at 27lbs. Santiago currently loves flipping through his books and playing with his stacking cups. Santiago loves music and rolling around in his play pen.
