My NICU Graduate's Journey
Barrett was born @ 30w5d after my body was failing. He was thriving but my body could not handle pregnancy any longer. Without the dedication of Erlanger and their HRPU unit and doctors neither of us would be here right now. Out of the 6.5 months that I was pregnant we practically lived in HRPU. He was born 09JAN26 @ 3lb9oz and graduated at 5lbs after 42 days in the NICU. Surrounded by amazing nurses and the team of Drs and surviving NEC and sepsis he is now 9 lbs 11oz.

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
He has overcome so much in his short little life. From NEC,sepsis,Brady’s and so much more he is now the most happy little boy and I am so beyond proud of my little man.
