My NICU Graduate's Journey
Daniel’s journey was a very long and hard fought one. He is actually an identical twin and his older brother lived to 20 days old before suddenly passing away. Daniel has overcome many health scares (even having to be resuscitated 48 hours after being born) as well as a number of surgeries to be the healthy, thriving kid he is today. Even though his twin brother is no longer here with us, we are still so blessed to have Daniel here still and doing so well!

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
Despite them doubting whether he would make it to the next morning day after day, he made it. Now Daniel is a thriving 12 year old with no lasting health issues.
