My NICU Graduate's Journey
Delilah's NICU journey began shortly after birth when doctors discovered she had heterotaxy syndrome, a rare condition that affected the arrangement of her internal organs and led to respiratory complications and a heart murmur. What was supposed to be a joyful beginning quickly became filled with uncertainty, long days in the hospital, and constant prayers. Through oxygen support, monitoring, and specialized care, she showed incredible strength every single day. Although the journey has not been easy, her resilience, courage, and fighting spirit continue to inspire everyone around her. Our NICU experience taught us the true meaning of faith, hope, and unconditional love.

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
Even in the NICU, surrounded by monitors and uncertainty, she taught me what strength and courage looks like.
