My NICU Graduate's Journey
Alexandria arrived on November 21st 2020, the day after her mother’s 36’s birthday. She just didn’t feel like she needed to learn how to eat because she was used to never being hungry. After just over two weeks of nurses and her mom working with her in the NICU to learn how to use a bottle, she finally pulled out her own feeding tube and proclaimed herself ready to go home.
