My NICU Graduate's Journey
Carter was born @35 weeks due to Vasa Previa and Placenta Previa. He was 5lbs 8oz when he was born and is now almost 25lbs! We spent 9 days in the NICU learning how to be a baby but you can’t even tell that he was a preemie now! After Bi-PAP, High flow O2, NG Tubes and so much more, it’s incredible to see how drastically he has grown and changed!

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
We are so proud of Carter, he is constantly learning new skills, we’re currently working on how to learn to crawl but our big boy wants so desperately to walk instead to keep up with his cousin! After spending our entire pregnancy journey petrified if he was going to survive, and praying in the NICU during every set back, we are so proud of every little accomplishment he has!
