My NICU Graduate's Journey
My daughter was born February 22, 2016. Her due date was May 5th, 2016. She weighed 15ounces at the time of her birth. We went through MANY obstacles over the 3 months we were in NICU. She was a real fighter. At the time of her stay she was one of the smallest the drs had really dealt with. Her motto was Tiny but Fierce and that she definitely was. She got every milestone and it took exactly 3 months for her to gain 4lbs. I am so grateful for all Dr's and nurses who cared for us and fought just as hard as she did. She is a true MIRACLE.

What makes you proud of your NICU graduate?
Madison is now 10 years old. She just finished 4th grade she weighs 47lbs and is still very tiny. She had never let her size distract her she has been in gymnastics, cheerleaders, volleyball and just recently won 1st place in the rodeo Mutton Bustin (riding a sheep). She makes me proud everyday and is so living up to her Tiny but Fierce motto.
