Apple & Banana are sisters adopted from Nine Lives in April 2015. We walked into Nine Lives and Apple stole our hearts being a rolly kitty at the front of the cage. Banana was extremely shy in the back of the cage, but we knew we wanted to help kitties and we thought this would be the perfect pair. Banana is still very shy, but after 1.5yrs we are now able to pet her in her 3 different "safe spots" around the house, and she shows her love and appreciation of us in her own way, even if she's still getting used to the idea of human touch. Apple has always been a big snuggle bug, so while we're patient with Banana, we still have Apple to hold close. Apple also loves snuggling with her sister, even when it completely invade's Banana's personal space, as shown in this picture.
