We adopted Trixie from the Peninsula Humane Society after our cat, Juneau, passed away. We met many cats that day but it was clear right from the start that Trixie would not take no for an answer. She bonded with our 6 year old son and wouldn’t leave his side. He is now 12 and Trixie still sleeps on his bed. Trixie got her name because she is a little trickster and escape artist. She chewed her way out of the cardboard box the humane society gave us to take her home. She sits by the front door and will rush out under your feet when you are bringing in groceries. She knocks things off shelves to get our attention. She is extremely friendly and outgoing and greets everyone who comes to visit. She is definitely a very special cat.
