Trisky (aka Curly) had a tough life before we met him. His first family abandoned him and he was found on the side of a road with a broken hip, after which he lost a leg. His second family returned him to the shelter hungry, with hardly any fur, and with sores under his chin. Despite all of this, he poked his head out, purring and wanting attention when I sat in the enclosure. When we first took him home he hid in a closet, too afraid to venture out. After a few months, he found the courage to come visit us on the bed. I am happy to report that he is now healthy, happy, and loved with a beautiful fur coat! I am so glad we found each other!!
