Lucy and Lilly

Lucy (all black) was adopted from Nine Lives in March of 2020. She was a year old but looked like a small kitten because she was under-nourished. We already had an elderly cat when Lucy arrived. Lucy got used to being an only cat because the elder cat, Jolie, was always sleeping. After Jolie died, Lucy was surprised by the arrival of Lilly, a tuxedo cat two years her junior. She was (and is) not very happy to share her home with mischevious Lilly. On a rare occasion, the two cats sit close together, as in the photo.
