His excercise regimen includes:

-chasing after ANY ball
-dribbling soccer balls
-rounds of tug-a-war with his favorite rope
- running in circles till dizzy
-boxing matches versus the vaccuum cleaner

-long walks with his Humans

After his workouts, he insists on chugging as much water as you possibly can and then unwind your mind and body with long, soothing belly rubs!
