At three months old, tiny Pita came walking across a bridge with children walking to school. She was homeless, had just survived a freeze the night before, and one side of her body was missing all of its fur. Our teacher friend (who worked at that school) found Pita and brought her home. We went to see the brave little pup and instantly fell in love. Within five minutes we took her in as ours. She is the most amazing, caring, sweet, and loving pet we've ever had. In fact, she's beyond our pet- she's our family member!
