We adopted Winston from Texas Boston Terrier Rescue a few months after losing two of our beloved pets (one to cancer and one to old age). We weren't sure if we were ready to open our hearts to a new family member but decided to just go look. We thought we wanted an older dog, but once we saw Winston we knew it was meant to be. He was 3 months old at the time, small enough to fit in the crook of your arm and had the softest rabbit-like fur. We were smitten. He has been the best boy! He loves car rides, walks, sleeping sideways in our bed and toys. He has the gentlest nature and sometimes even plays moderator between our other dogs. He is my buddy and fills me with joy every day.
