A kind family rescued Emma from a local strip center. Five months later Emma was posted on Facebook due to their child's dog allergy. Once I saw Emma's picture, I knew she would be my furbaby. As a school teacher, it was difficult to adopt her in April. Throughout May, she and I had many play dates; once school let out for summer, I adopted her and am loving EVERY minute with Emma! Emma spent her summer learning simple commands, and to skateboard and swim. During the school day, Emma hangs out at my parents' for "doggie daycare" with their dogs.
"Who rescued whom?" I think she rescued me!
