Peaches was dropped at the pound by a couple who bought her as a baby to breed. After her first litter they dumped her. We saw her online and went down immediately to see her. By the time that we got there, they had 26 applications for her. The facility wanted only people with bulldog experience to adopt her as she had never been let out of her crate. She had not been leash or potty trained. They had also abused her and she was afraid of people. Once I saw her face, I knew that we were bonded. I visited her everyday and just talked to her until she finally came and licked my fingers under the door. We got to adopt her! What an amazingly loving girl she is. Love is the best trainer of all. I wish everyone finds a Peaches at least once in their life.
