We adopted Toby from NEAS in February of 2019 and he has not stopped smiling since that day! This picture is from when he graduated puppy class at Petco! He happiness infects every person and dog he meets and we’re so lucky he has changed our lives for the better. We hope he can be a positive example to others of why it is so important to adopt!
