Axel is my beautiful, sweet little boy who I adopted a year ago from Planned PEThood of GA not long after I lost my beloved, "doggie soul mate" Linus suddenly to an unknown illnesses. Axel is a Terrier/Corgi mix, and turned 3 years back in February. Although he was skiddish with us at first (me, my husband, my son & 8 rescue cats😻), he has really blossomed in the past year. Not only is he an incredibly sweet, loving, loyal member of our family, but also his high energy makes walking him and playing with him that MUCH MORE FUN!!

He has blessed all of us (including the cats, believe it or not🙀) with sooooo much joy, love and laughter!! After Linus's passing our home felt dark and empty. Axel's INCREDIBLE spirit breathed new life in to our house, and filled it up with his special light and soul🌻.

Linus will always be in my heart and mind. I think about him EVERY DAY!! However now I can think about him, and the wonderful times/things we shared. Thanks to Axel, I have been able to move through the grieving process and heal. Axel has been such a blessing to us ALL. I thank God every day for blessing us with him, and for giving him such an an AMAZING soul🙏. It's as if a little piece of Linus still lives on🐶💞🐶❣❣
