- Photos must be in color, and landscape format (horizontal)
- Digital photos only
- Only photos of cats and dogs accepted (no humans or other pets please)
- We will not accept professional photos, or stock photos… photos must be taken by YOU!
- All photos should be high resolution – no smaller than 1575 x 2100 pixels
- $25 donation entry fee. All entries will be included on the collage page of the calendar, and will receive one free 2023 NEAS calendar
- All animals must be depicted in a humane and dignified manner. Any photo that NEAS deems inappropriate, or does not comply with the rules, will be removed from the contest.
- We cannot accept photos with digital overlays, photo stickers or doodles. Simple editing allowed (cropping, brightness, hue enhancements etc).
- Your pet does not have to be adopted from NEAS to be eligible to enter the contest.
Voting
- Once a photo is submitted, it will appear on NEAS' calendar website, and be open to voting by the general public.
- Votes are $1 each
- You do not have to submit a photo in the contest in order to vote.
- Voting period is from 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Monday, August 29, 2022 to 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, September 12, 2022.
- All votes are donations to Northeast Animal Shelter and are fully tax-deductible as permitted by law. All donors will receive an emailed receipt for their contributions.
