Pet's Story
Lacey and her siblings came to the Northeast Animal Shelter from West Virginia when her mother was surrendered to a shelter when she was about to give birth! She is just the sweetest girl! She loves all people and other dogs. And she's especially fond of her tutu, if you can't tell by the photo 😜
