Casper is a USA native and was adopted in 2011 from the Anti-Cruelty Society in Chicago, IL. He just loves his new brother, Eddie, who was adopted this year through the Spay and Neuter Initiative in Kingston, ON. The boys get along well and play time is big in this house. When Eddie sneaks up on Casper, this generally comes as a big surprise because Casper is hearing impaired. At the very least, Eddie keeps Casper young at heart!
