Libby was adopted in 2019 from NRGRR. Libby was surrendered by her breeder who noticed something was wrong. After a vet visit, it was determined that Libby has Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a brain stem birth defect. Libby sometimes has trouble walking when she gets stressed and she has a permanent head tremor when she focuses, also her depth perception is off which means she will always run you over when she wants to run at you. She is living her best life with her family and welcomes NRGRR foster dogs into her house regularly.
