With the help of Neuse River Golden Retriever Rescue, Harper made her way to North Carolina from China in early 2019. Later that year, she found her “furever” home. Since then, she’s brought joy to her family and every person she meets. Harper loves long naps on the couch, munching on carrots and green beans, and endless pets from her parents. Harper's been to Texas, Georgia, and officially moved to the DMV area this year. She'll always be a Raleigh girl at heart but is loving city life!
