Maizie (aka Turkey Sandy 20) was our family's pandemic relief that came all the way from Turkey to fill our house with her Goldie love. She’s sweet and lazy and slow as molasses, but we love us some Maizie. Our golden girl likes nothing more than spending pleasant evenings on the deck or puttering around the neighborhood checking out the smells. She loves a good swim when there are ducks to be chased, but Sundays are for scrambled eggs and lounging in the living room with her family and soft friends. She is picky about other dogs and tolerates her feline sister (and vice versa) but has never met a human she didn’t love. No matter how hard the day, she always makes it better by greeting us at the top of the stairs with full body wags and the gift of a soft friend (or nearby sock or shoe). Her love and devotion are unwavering, and as a result, so is ours. 💕
