I met Dina as her transporter. She had been brought in as a 4 month old injured stray to a shelter and then pulled by a good Samaritan. Her right hind leg was atrophied, and she needed an FHO (Femoral Head Ostectomy) and weeks of physical therapy to regain its use. Her life with us began as we were fostering her and learning how to do her PT. (Of course, we failed as fosters!)

Long story short, she made a great recovery. She uses stairs to get in an out of the car, to keep from jumping too much. She is now one of the fastest dogs around, and if you ask her, she can leap tall buildings at a single bound.
