Most likely to host a party! Louie loves everyone and relishes people saying "Hello" to him and he reciprocates with a lot of kisses and tail wags and cuddles. He loves to try to sneak into stores and businesses as we walk to meet and greet anyone and everyone. If someone does ignore him, he will give you a woof and smile at you and wag his tail at hyper speed to get your attention. He is an equal opportunity lovebug!
