We adopted Pugsley almost 3 years ago from Pets Alive Niagara. When we saw his picture and heard his story, we fell in love. He's a deaf puggle that made his way up from Denver Colorado. He went deaf as a puppy from constant ear infections that weren't taken care of. He was given up and adopted by a couple who severely abused him and wanted to put him down because they were "sick and tired of having a deaf dog" Luckily the veterinarian refused and found a foster home for him. Through his journey to us he had seen love, but never a steady home. Upon our first meeting, our dog Kermit and our cat Puck warmed up to him immediately and we knew he was meant to be apart of our family. He may have a crooked tail, be covered in lumps, have the loudest snore we've ever heard, and toots every time he coughs, but we couldn't be happier about our decision to adopt our "Chub Nugget"
