Pet's Story or Bio
In 2009 my family had stopped by to drop off donations for the OMHS, with no intention of taking anybody home, as they already had a spoiled jack Russell. Thankfully they decided to take a walk through, and I knew it was my time to shine, to make them fall in love with me. You see, I was only about 6 months old, and had already been returned to the OMHS by my first two families, I guess I was a bit of a handful. I turned on the charm, one little head tilt and a booty wiggle later and I had them. They came to see me a few more times, and even brought my new sister Millie to play outside with me. The day they finally took me home, I was vibrating with excitement. It’s now been 11 years with my family, and even after causing some major furniture, clothing and a little structural damage (within the first month) I have never doubted how truly loved I am. My days are now filled with couch cuddles, snacks, road trips and lake swims. I am so thankful to the OMHS for taking care of me, for being my first home (twice) until I found my forever one, and for continuing to care for babies just like me.
