Pet's Story or Bio
Teddy was adopted at the Oakville humane when he was approx. 3 or 4 yrs. old.
He was on the Marilyn Dennis program on a rescued doggie makeover day.
I had lost my previous dog to cancer about 2 yrs before that & was still in my heartbroken, never again phase.
My grandson, who I watched in the summer, bugged me for 3 days before I finally went to see him.
I tried not to fall in love, but the next thing I new, thanks to my grandson, & Teddys puppy dog sad eyes, I was filling out an application. Still thinking, considering Teddys "TV stardom", it was a long shot.
Within a few days I was called for an interview & the rest is history, as they say.
It's now been 8 yrs & I'm so grateful for my grandson dragging me in that day.
Teddy has been a great dog & even better companion for all these yrs. & thru a long battle with breast cancer. There were many days I dont know what I would have done without him.
