This entry is made in loving memory of our Henry. We adopted Henry from OMHS in August 2019. From the moment we met him, we knew in our hearts that we were meant to love and know Henry. We felt instantly connected with his gentle wise soul and it seemed as though he understood us too. Henry was a senior cat at the time of adoption and was diagnosed with FIV and one blind eye. Still, he loved and lived to the fullest, and the short time that we were blessed to share with him was beyond precious. He loved napping in the sun, snuggling up for cuddles, and playing with his feather toy. Everyone who met him described him as a “lover,” with his sweet nature and kind soul. Sadly, Henry passed away in early 2020 from cancer. We miss him dearly and we want to continue to cherish his memory through OMHS. We know that the staff and volunteers also saw what we saw in him, as he was truly loved by many and was the light of our worlds
