Rules

Photos of cats, dogs, horses, small animals, reptiles and birds are accepted.
Photos may contain one pet only.
Photos may only contain domestic pets (no people or wildlife).
Photos deemed offensive, indecent or obscene will be removed from the contest.
Photos must receive at least 100 votes to be included in the 2023 Calendar.
Participants are not limited to the residents of the Towns of Oakville and Milton. Everyone is welcome to participate.
The 13 winners will be asked to bring their pet to the Oakville & Milton Humane Society (445 Cornwall Road, Oakville) to have their calendar pictures taken on Saturday, May 7, 2022 by Russell Gonsalves.
By agreeing to the waiver, you will also acknowledge and give permission to the Oakville & Milton Humane Society to use the name, story and photo of the animal entered in various publications and materials, including the 2023 Calendar.
Photos will be accepted online from March 23, 2022 8:00 a.m. to May 5, 2022 11:59 p.m.

Image Requirements

The Oakville & Milton Humane Society is opposed to practices that prevent animals from expressing their natural behaviours. Photos should not feature animals performing unnatural activities, including wearing clothing/hats, or costumes.
Submission is one pet per entry.
