Pet's Story or Bio
Mac is very much of his generation - highly sensitive and attuned to the emotions of others. He is always ready to play and never turns down an offer to be out in the yard. Blissfully content to sit in the sunshine (regardless of the temperature), taking in all the glory on this green Earth. Sharing his joyful noise and announcing his presence in baying "song", Mac will ALWAYS be found but scant centimetres from my Mother. Often needing a reassuring hug, he can be found draped across her while watching television, or having a staring contest until he becomes too uncomfortable and needs some space. Mac came to our family as a companion to our first Airedale Terrier Molly. He saved her, and helped her become her best and most perfect Princess-self! In turn, Molly saved Mac. Whilst still a bumbling baby, Mac was in the yard while Molly was working on leash training. A hawk was circling the yard with sights set on Mac. The hawk dove, Molly gave chase and leapt coming within an inch of the hawk's tail (the leash slowed her down), the hawk banked and flew away (unscathed), and Mac was completely unaware. He was her hero - she was his heroine. Together they helped to heal my family. How fortunate are we to have our Mac? If you are in the market for your own Mac, be prepared to dedicate significant floor space to stuffed pigs. He requires choice, and lots of it!
