Pet's Story or Bio
I adopted Poppy from the Oakville & Milton Humane Society in 2020. She had been picked up as a stray in Windsor, ON and transferred from the local shelter there to OMHS. She has very definite likes and dislikes. Her biggest pet peeve is closed doors. She has to explore every closet in the house on a daily basis. Her second biggest peeve is having to wait for her meals to be served. Her favourite activity is watching birds and squirrels from her window perch. Her second favourite thing is blanket caves, as long as they are built to her exacting standards - which may vary from day to day. As you can see, I have a full day of holding Poppy up to the window, opening and closing closet doors and building blanket caves while also getting her food served on time. In return, she’s my chatty and cuddly best friend.
