Pet's Story or Bio
One morning, we saw Gus’ photo on the Oakville Milton Humane Society website. It was love at first sight! The same afternoon, we submitted an adoption application. One week later, we met Gus for the first time and brought him home.

Last summer, Gus was rescued from a puppy mill where he was used for breeding for seven years. He had a coarse, discoloured coat and was underweight indicating he had suffered from malnutrition, and had calluses indicating he spent much of his life on hard, rough surfaces. He was also touch and noise-sensitive.

Fast forward eight months and Gus is thriving! He enjoys long walks on the beach, cuddles on the couch, and all of the treats! He’s a sweet, silly senior we bring everywhere! He really is the goodest boy!
