Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals is a 501©3 nonprofit, foster-based animal rescue serving the greater Portland, Oregon area. We save the lives of approximately 800 animals per year, with a total of 18,900 rescued since our beginning in 2002.
Our mission is to rescue as many “last chance” animals as possible, restore them to health, and through adoption, find them loving forever homes.
We rely on support from our community to be able to continue fulfilling our mission.
