We rescued Vulpes when we were stationed at Fort Bliss, TX. He is thirteen years old and has been a part of our family for twelve. This Army brat is well traveled, with ten states to his name. Vulpes believes he is a feral beast, but hasn't mastered the art of hissing. A Russian Blue, he's proud to flex his archangel wings while looking down on us like a gargoyle.

When Vulpes (Latin for fox) fluffs his tail he looks just like a silver fox! Our very vocal companion loves to play chase, fetch, and hide and seek. Never wanting to miss out, he's also a great workout partner when he hitches a ride on our Total Gym. We call him a miracle cat: after getting diagnosed with feline diabetes we were shocked when just a few weeks later, he was completely healed! How many people live with a miracle?
