Enter a photo of your dog with a required $5 donation per photo. All photos will appear online, where the public can vote for their favorite photo.
Submissions on voting begins on Friday, July 17 at 8 AM CT and end Saturday, August 8 at 8 PM CT. Online voting begins as soon as a photo is registered and ends Saturday, August 8th, 8 PM CT.
To submit photos, click on the participate tab above and follow the directions to upload a photograph of your pet. Photographs may not be edited or altered (other than minor color, contrast or sharpness adjustment).
Once a photo is submitted, it will be here in the online gallery.
Votes are $1 each and are donations to Operation Education Animal Rescue. When you donate
to vote, you will receive a "bank" of votes for the amount of your donation (ex. $5 donation equals 5 votes) That need to be applied to the entries you wish to vote for. You can place all votes on one entry or place them on multiple entries. Each donation has a required $5 minimum. You can vote as many times as you'd like. Vote early, vote often and insist your friends and family vote as well!
All votes are donations to Operation Education Animal Rescue and are fully tax-deductible as permitted by law. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt. Mailed paper receipts can be requested by emailing
opedanimalrescue@gmail.com.
All votes for a photo submissions will be tabulated and displayed, in real time, online. The winner of Operation Education Animal Rescue dog days of summer photo contest will be selected by who has the most votes and will be announced within a week of the contestants conclusion.
Proceeds from Operation Education Animal Rescue dog days of summer will be used to support the spay and neuter program for community animals in Middle Tennessee area to control the unwanted pet population.
