Pet's Story
Cassie is my 8-year-old Saint Bernard and my most loyal shadow, she refuses to let the family walk her if I don't go too. She is such a good girl with a gentle heart and listens so well. She loves snuggling, belly rubs, and to "hold my hand" with her paw!
She's so gentle with little animals, and is great at helping me find our cat when she's hiding in the house, all I have to say is "Where's Gabby?" She also loves to sing along with any stringed instrument - violin, cello, guitar - full-on bellowing!
Cassie loves lying in doorways and other areas of high traffic - it's her trademark - although her size at 145 lbs. doesn't leave her many options for sprawling out without being an obstacle! Her buddy, our other dog, passed away in February, and she's been a little lonely, so she's been getting some extra love! There is a lot of fur in our house, but I'd never trade it!
