I adopted Duncan, a Shar-pei Pitbull mix, from the Humane Society for Southwest Washington in March 2018. We only had about 4 years together but we tried to make the most of them. He loved to go hiking, swimming, and spending time outdoors. This photo was taken on an early morning at Trillium Lake. He was a unique boy, sometimes incredibly silly and sometimes very serious. Duncan eventually lost his ability to walk on his own due to Degenerative Myelopathy. Then we had to say goodbye May 2022. I miss him so much and will never forget my goofy boy.
